This is the February 2026 paper in full. Nationally it produced a mean of 157.09 points and a 96.8% pass rate; among candidates sitting in English the mean was 133.65 and 18.3% did not pass. Your score here is a fair read on where you would have landed.

Two questions do not count
CEM cancelled questions 54 and 150 of this session — they have no correct answer. They are marked as such in the review and excluded from your score, from both the numerator and the denominator, exactly as CEM excluded them. A third question (61) carries a CEM caution but does have a key.
How the score works
One correct option out of 5, no negative marking, so answer everything. The pass mark is 56% — 112 points out of 200. Worth remembering that passing is not really the target: the percentage is what feeds the residency ranking.

Straight from CEM's own English-language listing for this session, with CEM's answer keys. We checked every question against the Polish version of the same paper: the keys and the per-question statistics match on all 200. What you read here is what the examiner wrote.
