70% of every LEK paper comes from a question base that CEM publishes openly — 140 of your 200 questions. Polish students work through it before the exam. It is published in Polish, and so is almost all of the required reading. That is most of the reason the English-language cohort finishes 23 points below the national average.

Three things worth knowing early
Passing is not the target
96.8% of candidates passed in spring 2026. Your percentage score is what the residency ranking is built on, so planning revision around the 56% threshold means giving away places in that ranking on purpose.
The set is finite
2,465 published questions across 10 fields, and in each of the last three sittings more than nine out of ten questions had already appeared before. The exam is reassembled rather than rewritten.
Understanding beats memorising
The published questions take you a long way, but 60 questions on your paper are new and unpublished. Only knowing why the wrong options are wrong transfers to those.
